Fabiana Buontempo

TRAINER

ABOUT

Fabiana is a lifestyle journalist for BuzzFeed, where she writes about all things women’s health, beauty, wellness, and travel. It was her passion for dance that sparked her interest in journalism. Being an eager young dancer, she signed up to audition for the Radio City Rockette Summer Intensive program in her junior year of high school. Coincidentally, that same year, a local cable network was creating a reality show based on aspiring young Rockettes, which planned to follow the journey of a few young hopefuls during the summer program. Long story short, Fabiana was chosen to be one of 10 high school girls featured on the show, and it was then that one passion led to another. Fabiana fell in love with the pre-and post-production process of the show to which she was exposed, and it was at that moment, she knew she wanted to study journalism in college. She did that at Monmouth University and continued pursuing her passion for dance through the years. As a former dancer, fitness has always been a big part of her life, so it’s a full-circle moment for her to take on the mic at Jane Do. She's so excited to be a part of such a special community! When she's not writing stories or trying to develop a fire playlist for class, you can find her searching for the best coffee shop in Jersey City or petting her family's goofy goldendoodle, Enzo.
