ABOUT
Melissa grew up as a competitive gymnast for over 10 years since she was 4 years old. She immediately went into dance and competed / performed throughout high school and college. She has always been into anything fitness and loves getting her butt kicked in a workout! She is always chasing that same challenge as she experienced in gymnastics and dance. Working out is more than just physical to her, it is her primary stress reliever and a way to fully shut your brain off from the everyday stresses of life. She appreciates each and every class!
Outside of Jane Do, Melissa started her career as a CPA, growing as an accountant through various unique jobs. When her last accounting job did not work out, it was the push she needed to finally make the change she knew she wanted. She completely switched careers going into Human Resources, starting off in compensation and is loving it! At the same time as this major life change, she decided to make another and became a Jane Do Trainer! She knew her love for fitness was not to be ignored.
You can expect a challenging workout, good music and most importantly, fun vibes in Melissa’s classes. She wants everyone to experience the same stress relief, motivation, and mood boost she gets from working out. She wants everyone to feel as if they are ready to take on life headfirst with a whole new sense of pride and confidence! When she is not at Jane Do or at work, she is a social butterfly and loves hanging out with friends, trying new things, and creating new memories. Her other main passion, besides fitness, is music and you can always find her listening to or creating one of her many playlists!
